Pinnacle drilling contributes its performance to a holistic approach of providing employees with the best possible employment conditions and state of the art equipment, all employees adopting and using hazard identification systems, innovative approach to equipment and its ergonomics, a can-do attitude by employees and company’s management on how equipment and systems can be be improved to increase safety and efficiency. Pinnacle Drilling has a detailed Health Safety & Environmental Management Plan (HSEMP) and a complete suite of Safe Working Procedures (SWP). The HSEMP plan and SWP’s are open documents that are available for change should circumstances require. These Plans and procedures are adhered to and are readily available on each rig and work location. Pinnacle Drilling’s safe and work procedures have assessments associated to them and are used for training purposes. A training matrix is used to record employees progress. |
